Bizarre Bargains

Items received by Bizarre Bargains, LLC within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges and a 7.50 restocking fee. Items returned and received by Bizarre Bargains, LLC after 30 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.

Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.

Items must be unopened or in resalable condition. All returns will be subject to inspection by our returns department. If the merchandise is not in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued. A restocking fee of $7.50 will be applied to all returned merchandise. All decisions on merchandise condition are final. We strongly suggest purchasing insurance for your returns.

Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced, or if not possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Bizarre Bargains, LLC or its manufacturers at no charge. Claims for damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt of the merchandise.

Return Policy and Warranty for Pure Rest Organics Bedding:

* Any non custom item that is unopened may be returned within 90 days.
* Washed items may be returned only if defective.
* NOTE: Pillows, mattresses, stuffed items may not be returned once opened due to health laws unless defective. They arrive sealed so you can see them BEFORE you open them.
* Clothing can be returned once opened, but please do not expose to scents or anything so we can be sure they are still pure. Try them on, if not fit, put back in package immediately. Any found with scents (we test them here), will not be refunded due to unique nature of organics and purity.

Each bedding item has a warranty.

* All items have a warranty against actual defects in first year.
* Toppers, Mattress Pads have warranty for an additional 2 years for anything exceeding normal compression.
* Warranty does not cover misuse, stains, or normal wear.
* We do warranty our workmanship to include seams splitting, or fabric defects.
